Purchase different shades of white, silver, and gray to make a dimensional effect in your pieces. These look fantastic on the tree!
5 - Snowflakes - Of all the beading ideas mentioned here, the snowflake pattern is the hardest one to get right. This is definitely not a pattern that small children could assist with, as these can get quite complicated. They make among the most lovely and striking decorations on the tree, but, and if you've got the skill level and patience for it, you will be well rewarded for your efforts! Executing one pattern well is (or can be) a somewhat daunting task, but if you're feeling specially adventurous, you could try making every snowflake on your tree unique! It is a tall order, but can surely be done, just be prepared to dedicate quite a lot of time to the task!
